Critical Communications

Telex Radio Dispatch (Classroom: 3 Days)

This course covers the Telex Radio Dispatch family of products, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of networked radio communication systems, and necessary information to pass the Telex RoIP certification exam. It concentrates on the C-Soft software program, including designing a complete console and connecting it to the network. The course also covers Telex Radio Dispatch hardware items, IP-223, IP-224, ADHB-4, and NEO-10.

Telex Dispatch VoIP P25-DFSI (Classroom: 2 Days)

This course will provide theory and applications of the Telex Radio Dispatch systems and how to apply them to practical and real-life DFSI applications.

 

Fire

FPA-1000 (Online)

This course covers the features of the FPA-1000 Fire Alarm Control Panel. It is intended for dealers and installers who have basic knowledge of fire system terminology and components and who have requisite technical skills to install system hardware and software.

This course will provide instruction on the features and capabilities, hardware installation processes, and troubleshooting techniques, services, and programming of the FPD-7024 Fire Control Panel.

 

Intrusion

B Series Control Panels w/RPS

Classroom (2 Days) - This course will introduce you to the Bosch B Series intrusion alarm system features and capabilities, give hands-on experience with connecting and configuring the panel, and peripherals. Prerequisite: Successful completion of the Introduction to B Series Online course.

Online - This introductory course provides basic knowledge about the features and functionality of B Series control panels, including hardware components, installation, and programming. Successful completion of this online course is necessary to attend the 1 Day B Series class.

 

G Series Control Panels (B9512G/B8512G)

This Bosch Intrusion course provides an in-depth look at our new G Series Panels, highlighting the functions and abilities of the products. Students will receive hands-on experience with the B9512G Control Panel as well as extensive exposure to the Remote Programming Software (RPS), used to program and configure panel functionality. This course is 3.5 days long, and can be taken in one of our five Training Centers across the country. All students must take the online Introduction to G Series Panels (B9512G/B8512G) (Online) course before attending this classroom course. Bosch Intrusion Alarm Systems G Series (B9512G/B8512G) Introduction (Online)

This online course will provide the basics to the "New" G Series Control Panels - B9512G and B8512G. This course is the prerequisite to attending the Commercial Integrated Intrusion Control Panels (B9512G/B8512G) instructor-led course. (3 CEU credit hours)

 

Bosch Intrusion Alarm Systems B Series/GV4 Introduction (Online)

This course provide basic knowledge of the B Series and GV4 Control Panels, including information about hardware components, installation, and programming.

 

Bosch Intrusion Alarm Systems B Series Introduction (Online)

This online course will introduce you to the Bosch B Series intrusion alarm system (B5512/B4512/B3512) a scaled-down design from the Commercial Integrated Intrusion Control Panels. It is best suited for residential and small-business use.

 

Bosch Intrusion Alarm Systems G Series (B9512G/B8512G) /B Series/ GV4 Advanced RPS Programming (Online)

This online course will review additional RPS programming functions. This course should be taken after one has completed a Programming Basics module within a control panel online course.

 

Bosch Intrusion Alarm Systems G Series (B9512G/B8512G) /B Series Intrusion & IP Camera Integration (Online)

This course identifies the benefits of using Bosch IP cameras with G Series and B Series Control Panels and provides a basic understanding of how to set your system up using MOTION+.

 

Bosch Intrusion Alarm Systems ISC – SK10 Shock Sensor Introduction (Video)

This webinar provides an introduction to the ISC-SK10 Shock Sensor. The ISC-SK10 is a 3-axis detection shock sensor based on our micro-electromechanical motion sensor technology (MEMS). Its advanced signal processing accurately detects mechanical attacks – such as those from hammers, drills, saws and bombs – and it features an intelligent installation mode to identify the most suitable sensitivity level for each application.

This comprehensive course covers the Electro-Voice IRIS-Net software suite and compatible networked devices. It is a hands-on hardware and software course. It covers installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of networked audio systems, and presents information necessary to pass the Electro-Voice IRIS-Net certification exam.

OMNEO Basics (Online)

Bosch Security Systems has introduced a public standards based media networking architecture to promote device interconnectivity.

This architecture – called OMNEO – has two components: (1) a media program transport protocol suite that offers low latency, high-quality multichannel media stream exchange; and (2) a robust control protocol suite that provides reliable and secure system control and monitoring for pro media networks of all sizes, from small to intercontinental. This video provides a basic overview of OMNEO technology with an online exam.
