Chuck Salamone

Chuck currently manages the Training Department for Bosch Security Systems North America. He has over 12 years’ experience working in the security industry with 4 years as a Bosch Technical Trainer along with an additional 8 years within the Bosch Technical Support group. Due to his highly technical background, Chuck brings an extensive knowledge of products along with real world experience to the Bosch Training Academy. He enjoys creating an effective learning environment, meeting our customers face-to-face, and continually strives to make our Training Department the best in the industry. Chuck has an AS in Business Administration and a BS in Business Management and Economics from SUNY Empire State College.

 
 

David Brent

David is the Network Video and Cyber Security Training Engineer, IT Systems at Bosch Security Systems, Inc. He has worked in the security industry for 14 years, has over 20 years of networking experience, and over 22 years’ experience as a Technical Trainer. David holds a degree in networking, as well as a number of IT and networking certifications, and is skilled in computer forensic and digital investigation. A 9½ year veteran of the United States Marine Corps, he is currently finishing his BS in Computer Forensics and Digital Investigations.

 
 
 

Greg Dunaski

Greg is a Senior Technical Specialist for Telex Radio Dispatch, specializing in electronic systems design and implementation. Greg has over 32 years’ experience in the electronics profession including 6 years with the U.S. Navy and 26 years with Telex. He has extensive experience in all aspects of the business line to include sales, engineering, system design, installation, operation and training. Greg is located in our Lincoln NE facility.

 
 

Michael Graham

Michael started in the security alarm industry in 1992 as an alarm installer/technician installing and servicing alarm systems. He came to Bosch in 2002, spending 13 years as a Technical Support representative. Michael joined the training department December of 2015.

 
 
 

Bobby Joaquin

Bobby joined Bosch in 2011 as a Video Solutions Technical Trainer. He has over 15 years of technical training experience. Prior to joining Bosch, Bobby worked in the photo industry in both a sales and technical training capacity. Most recently, he was a Regional Trainer on the West Coast for Eastman Kodak. Bobby has a degree in Marketing from De La Salle University in Manila, Philippines.

 
 

Joe Lamontagne

Joe has conducted technical training for Radionics / Bosch since January, 1989 and, yes, he does remember training your grandfather. A veteran of 11½ years of government service and 46 years in the electronic security industry, he holds a Bachelor’s degree from UCLA and Master’s degrees from both UCLA and Cal State Northridge University, as well as a California Secondary Schools Teaching credential. He thinks the current Bosch training team is the best ever.

 
 
 

Alexandra Manning

Alex joined the Bosch Security Team in September 2015 as the Training Business Support Assistant. Before beginning her career with Bosch, Alex has worked in Customer Service positions as well as Marketing based internships. With experience in the customer service industry and with a business-focused education, Alex hopes to make training with Bosch an enjoyable and effective experience. Alex is the one to contact with any training related questions or concerns. Alex has a B.A. in Business Marketing from Mercyhurst University in Erie, PA.

 
 

Omar Morales

Omar comes to the Bosch Video Security Technical Training team with 9 years of experience in training, and mentorship. Omar studied network communications at Fayetteville University in 2008 and went on to support U.S. troops overseas in that capacity, more recently he completed his IT certificate for Veterans with Syracuse University.

 
 
 

Aaron Peterson

AJ (Aaron) joined Bosch in 2011 as a technical specialist for RTS, Electro-Voice, and Bosch public address and conferencing products. He has over 10 years of professional audio experience and has been training with the Bosch and Electro-Voice brands since joining the team. Prior to joining Bosch, AJ worked as a multi media specialist producing both audio and video content along with live sound for large scale events. AJ has a degree in Audio Engineering from McNally Smith College of Music, St. Paul.

 
 

Katie Shaw

Katie joins the Bosch Security Systems Technical Training Department with more than 10 years of experience in the education field. With her Master of Arts in History and a Bachelor of Arts in Education, she has taught in New York State public schools, conducted technical training for adult learners across the United States for a Rochester-based aerial imaging company, and developed curriculum for technical training courses for Bosch Security Systems, Inc. Katie brings a unique professional perspective to the training team and strives to make the classroom learning experience invaluable for Bosch Technical Training Class attendees.

 
 
 

Elgene Zimmer

Elgene is a Network Video and Cyber Security Training Engineer at Bosch Security Systems, Inc. He joined Bosch in 2012 as a Networking Support Specialist. He has over 15 years of networking field experience as a Network Engineer, Systems Administrator, as well as a CCNA Network Instructor. Elgene holds a degree in networking, as well as a number of IT and networking certifications. Elgene recently joined the Bosch NA Training Team and brings his valuable experience and expertise to the classroom.

 
 

Charles Schwab

Chuck joins the Bosch Security Training team with a highly technical background working as a technical support engineer with IP security cameras, VMS/NVR systems and access control. In addition to his technical support experience, he has 2 years of experience as a technical trainer for IP security cameras. Chuck holds an Associate’s Degree in computer systems.

 
 
 

Kenn Bunn

Kenn became part of the Bosch Security Training Team in September of 2016, and his focus will be in intrusion product training. Kenn brings to Bosch over 7 years of experience in the teaching and education industry, along with 2 years in Customer support/ IT/ Sales. Kenn Received his Bachelors of Science from SUNY Brockport, and his Masters of Science from Western Kentucky University, in Education/ Administration. He is looking forward to expanding his teaching career and taking his education background to the next level.
