What is the Bosch Customer Care Portal?

It’s your direct link to the Bosch order system, allowing you to query the status of your orders at any time.

The Customer Care Portal will allow you to access the following information for finished goods orders
(not spare parts orders at this time)

  • View all orders
  • Pending orders
  • Orders in a specified date range
    (order history is available back to Jan 1, 2007 for Security products, Jan 1, 2010 for Communications products)
  • By product number
  • By dealer purchase order number
  • By Bosch Confirmation Number

Information on this site will also include

  • Date the order was opened (entered by Bosch Customer Service)
  • Whether dealer order has been shipped or partially shipped
  • Expected delivery date
  • Tracking numbers are linked directly to the shipper for tracking shipments (UPS & Fed-Ex only)

This site can also be used to

  • Verify receipt and input of a purchase order which is entered by our Customer Service teams within one-business day
  • Verify correct product, pricing, and quantities were ordered
  • Confirm who signed for a shipment (using provided tracking number link)
